I’m standing in front of the Sagrada Familia, Barcelona, Spain. It’s one of the most spectacular pieces of architecture in the world today. It’s truly amazing. It’s a little bit older than the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower was built in two years, yet the Sagrada Familia is still under construction, maybe because of all the siestas they have just kidding. Talking about siestas, being in Spain has challenged my beliefs and assumptions i’ve held about the Spanish culture. I was looking forward to having siestas here every day, but no one has these anymore, at least not in the main cities. I had to drop my assumptions. We call this mindset mastery and we do this training with clients. Many of my assumptions and beliefs have been challenged while in Europe opening up my mind for the better. What assumptions and beliefs are holding you back at work? Often these assumptions and beliefs are subconscious. Want help removing these unconscious barriers to your success. Well, we are holding a workshop next month called the Inner Journey of Leadership. Click on the link below in my comment to find out more information about this. I’ve got to run. So see you next time.
